[Gameplay] Akali shadow dance stack bug

On Akali, when you have 3 ult stacks and leave game/disconnect and reconnect and ult an enemy unit, the ult will go on the recharge cool down as if you were waiting to gain stacks instead of letting you use your current stack(s).

  1. Get 3 shadow dance stacks
  2. Leave game and reconnect
  3. Ult an enemy unit

Now if only the enemy team could cause this, it would perfetly balance akali.

lol I search for my own bug report from a couple weeks ago, and see that it was reported 3 MONTHS ago.

I'm gonna have to test this to double check and see if it was fixed or not.

If it hasn't been... Then that's just proof that Reddit style + bug reports doesn't work =\
