Aatrox passive bugged

So this is quite an annoying bug on Aatrox, or so I really assume this is a bug because it is not told in the kit. Anyways when Aatrox dies with his 3rd auto attack with a level point on W and revives, he will not have it when he revives, making him not able to regain health or to do the damage needed to execute. I would like this to be fixed because it costs me some games because of certain situations and it would be really helpful.

This has been around for a good while now. They also need to address his wonky interacting with Sated Devourer

I've decided to main him recently but never noticed this [W] reset. Good eye! :O

There's other bugs I've noticed with Aatrox.

I've noticed [Q] can be unreliable for escaping. It really ought to deny incoming crowd-control except those already locked-on or already applied.
Sequential ability executions instead of simultaneous. Some abilities do not execute at same time as another. I believe they should be allowed.. except maybe some parameters for simultaneous [R] execution to provide counterplay.

I've suggested some new animations for Aatrox, too.

Inactive Blood Well. Stand still out of combat: unique animation as passive cooldown decays [splash art pose].
Much more cool fighting animations that adapt to all instances including: Change [W] during fight, critical strike, >75% Blood Well (attack speed buff; animation buff), and others...
More dramatic Blood Well revival with or without [R].

yea I've noticed this bug, if u die with ur w on heal after revive it become on dmg, some times if u die when it's on dmg , when u revive u cant make it on heal unless u did 2 or 3 aa.
