Reconnect bug

I just got out of a game of League of Legends where I won, when I pressed "continue" I didn't come back to the honour page, I got back to the reconnect page, and when I try to reconnect it just says "wasn't able to load your game" and sends me back to the reconnect page again. I've tried to restart my pc, check my firewall, restart the game multiple times, tried to reconnect 100 times, nothing works. It has been like this for a day now, so I wanted to know if anyone was able to help me out.
