Chat filter [client]

My chat filter won't disable i have tried everything, the hextexh repair tool didnt work and eont reinstall for me, and ive used all the instructions given to me by a riot tech support person that i could. one instruction i coild not foloe as a certain file didnt exist in my directory as i am on the legacy client and they assued i was on the new one.
