Locket of Iron Solari Display Bug

During a regular 5v5 draft game as blitzcrank, I would have the Locket of Iron Solari display while running near bottom inner tower. I did not have the item nor anyone near me. It seems to be repeatable in custom games.

It's called shield of the solari and it's from inner turret shield.
