Jungle monsters/master yi q bug

Hi, I just played a a game with master yi jungle, and I noticed that when I q to a monster and started auto attacking him, he would start to regenerate health and it toke 1 sec to make the auto attacks actually doing damage to it. I don't know if its a bug with master yi q or the monsters themselves, but yeah, it should be checked out

It might be because of the new patience bar, since it doesn't see a champ for a bit, the patience bar might tick down to 0
