Veigar "Q" passive is broken, only stacks AP from killing a unit with "Q"

His "Q" passive ability only stacks AP from "Q" kill shots to units and not from any source of damage.

That's... How it's supposed to work. He gains AP from killing Champions with any source of damage.

Yeah, like CAstanean said, If you kill anything with Q, you gain 1 AP. If you kill a champion wiith any source of damage, you get the 1/2/3/4/5 AP.

That's intended. From Veigar's wiki page:

Passive: Veigar gains permanent bonus ability power when he kills a champion from any source of damage. This stacks with the active ability's AP gain.

Active: Unleashes dark energy at target enemy, dealing magic damage.** If this ability deals a killing blow**, Veigar gains 1 ability power permanently (doubled against large minions, large monsters, and champions).
