Why am i getting matchups like this alot, this is unfair advantage by skill.

give me Evelynn and I'll come kill you at level 2 and take your farm the entire game. All you'd have is a slow if you hit me in the middle of the Q and a reliable silence but a root you'd never be able to proc. No damage, and your heal is beyond useless in a 1v1.
