[Gameplay] New essence reaver buff disappears if you auto attack something as your ult hits it

Essence reaver doesn't proc if your ult hits it at the same time as the auto attack which is very frustrating on champions who's range and ult delay sync up, no idea why it does this maybe it's trying to refresh the buff at the same time it's being used? it works just fine if you miss the ult entirely so it's not bad player protection.
