Glow Outlines turn into Massive Squares on Hover

When I hover over minions, champions, towers and other things that have that red/blue glow around them, they turn into massive squares that cover the entire model of what I'm hovering over. This is extremely annoying because the only temporary fix is to click the target and it reverts back to normal, but that's only for the thing I click. Bigger champions have a bigger glitchy square covering almost 1/3 of the lane.

Not sure if this is my end or the game, but it's getting really frustrating because I'm trying to quickcast and then I can't see my target. I don't have an image because for whatever reason I didn't take a screenshot but I'll grab one if need be.
