-5000 IP after not playing for several weeks

Why do I have -5000 after logging in from a long wait?

This, in a way happened to me, so i was buying stuff with my ip, right, then i bought something and all of a sudden i got -3150 ip and then i logged off and back on and it went to 189 ip. It was really weird.
