Range indicator shown but no spell casting (Range inidicator option off)

Recently had this bug on kennen, 30 min in the game my smartcast started to fool me. Sometimes it kinda got disabled when i was infight so everytime i pressed my keybinding for smartcasting Q (alt+Q) it just showed the range indicator instead of casting the spell. This happened multiple times and spamming the keybinding just popped the indicator multiple times. I only use smartcastoptions without range indicator so im kinda confused. And no i had enough energy and no cc on me! Had the same bug on other champs too, dunno excactly which ones anymore and i think it only happened with Q.

Anyone else knows this problem?
