[GAMEPLAY] Fiora can't proc vital during her ultimate

I think this bug applies only versus Garen because on most champions i can proc all four. When you walk up to him auto attacks don't proc ultimate's vital (i think i wasn't inside him but maybe ~half teemo away or more).

1. Activate Grand Challenge
2. Have Fiora walk up to Garen while he is walking away
3. Attempt to proc west vital

Also, this bug happened twice in the same game (he used Dreadknight Garen if i recall correctly).
