5.22 4k display massive screen glitch

I have a surface pro 4, and it has a 4k display monitor. Many players already know that league can't support such a monitor very well, but I have adapted to the changes and can play league almost normally. However, when patch 5.22 was released, i tried to play a game and got horrific results (much worse than normal). The loading screen was so zoomed in that I could only see 3 of the 10 loading profiles. When I got into the game, it was just as zoomed in. I tried to mess with the screen resolution and ended up making the resolution the lowest it could be. This made the entire window shrink to about 1/6 of my entire screen. From here on out, I tried to change it back to normal resolution, but I can't do it. The game literally will not let me scroll down enough no matter how i position the task bar. With this, I can't hit the confirmation button or whatever it is to change any of the settings. I am literally unable to play the game now, and there is literally no fix.
