[beta Client] does not handle Windows font scaling correctly

In WIndows, go to Display Settings and change the "size of text, apps, and other items" to 150%. This helps me be able to read on my tiny laptop. However, before I play on the new client, I have to set that to 100%.

Otherwise, the client will appear half off the screen so I cannot interact with half of the client. The most annoying thing is that the close window X is offscreen to the right so I cannot close the client. I have to ctrl-alt-delete to open up the task manager to kill it manually. Otherwise, I'm not able to use my computer because the LoL client forces itself to be in the foreground.
