Can't Report Players

When I attempt to report a player, I get this white overlay on my LoL Client and it becomes unresponsive. This problem started this morning and happened once before, it happened again today so I am bringing attention to it. Note that I can still see the chat move and others' messages still go through, I just cannot interact with the client, including the close button.
