League Of Legends Client Freezing and Task Manager Showing "Not Responding" Please help!

Hello, I checked my Xbox Game Bar and saw it was disabled. I gotten in a game right after and froze.. in 2017, whenever i would freeze it would let me alt tab and it would unfreeze my client.. this year. it wouldnt let me alt tab, i even tried ctrl alt delete but it didn't unfreeze, however It did let me open my Task Manager. I tried going on to that tab but it didn't let me, it showed that my Client wasn't responding. Before i usually play matchmade games, I like to go on Training Tool, to check my fps. Usually, the fps was normal... I have PBE Client downloaded on my comp, is that part of the problem?? I've also just recently cleaned the inside of my computer.. I have Roblox and PBE Client downloaded, could those be the problems?

UPDATE: I uninstalled league and re-downloaded it. So far so good, no freezing! But will update if it happens again..
