[Gameplay] UI Bug

In any game, my UI numbers are larger than they should be, overlapping, and causing issues on screen. Late game is far worse as more health means more overlap. Damage numbers are effected too, creating situations where I can't see the screen effectively. I am using a Dell XPS 15 9530 with 16GB ram, 8-core 2.2GHz intel i7, 4GB vid ram on a NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M. This issue is only current since the UI update. How can I fix it? I have this problem too, just got a new laptop and restarting league doesn't seem to fix it :S

Same I cant read my score ping or the right side mt the map I tryed changeing my res but that dident work
