[CLIENT] Patcher crashes on startup unless run as an admin

Hi,

I have all updated graphics drivers (Nvidia 860M) and Windows Drivers (8.1), and when I try to start league it immediately crashes. I do not even see the patcher appear, all I get is the message that the program has crashed etc. When I run it as an admin, it seems to be working fine. Not sure why this is happening but it is definitely an issue. If you need anymore information to help fix this issue please let me know! :)
