Blitzcrank Pull Glitch

1.Pick & lock in Blitzcrank 2.Go to your desired lane 3.Go to pull an enemy and on the odd occasion, The enemy will stop midway through the pull and is able to walk away safely, and sometimes they even stay in place and the pull brings them nowhere.
