[Gameplay] Fiora ult vitals being impossible to proc.

Ultra strange bug that occurred after using ult and hitting vitals, I hit 3 vitals without any popping, and it wasn't just a visual bug as I didn't get the small heals nor did he take true damage from vitals. Not sure if it had something to do with him using spell shield right after the ult or if it was just simply a strange bug.
