[GAMEPLAY] Bots can still buy green wards

It's not like they use them or anything, but they have them in their inventory and it could confuse newer players: https://gyazo.com/b1312a3d12e0782964e442a68810fe02 Garen has a new item so you can see that it's from this patch. I played against normal bots since that's how I usually try out the mechanics of new junglers. (what to get first, what to max first, etc. Also, on jungle Graves, start with E, not with Q. The armor and the extra charge are absolutely amazing, especially if you have a poor leash) I've seen this bug before with removed items, but this one is a little problematic since they're universal.
