Game suddenly won't take keyboard or mouse commands in-game. [GAMEPLAY]

When I open the shop at the same instant as I teleport back to base, some bug happens that seems to make the game ignore either keyboard commands, mouse commands, or both. For example, can't right-click to move, or unable to hit "p" to open/close shop window, unable to bring up the options menu by hitting "esc", etc etc. I have to alt-tab in the middle of the game and end the program from desktop before restarting the game. Obviously a bit of a game breaker. Happens maybe 25% of games and sometimes twice in one game.

Also, not exactly sure if it is opening shop while teleporting that causes the problem.
