[CLIENT] Champion Select Sounds

In Champion Select with the new client I am experiencing terrible sound stuttering after using the client for 2+ games. A client restart fixes the issue. During champion select CPU usage is also spiking to 80% for the client alone. May be signs of a memory leak somewhere?
