Wasnt Able to attack now my controls are all out of wack

Ok so I was playing a game of Lee sin and I was doing good 5/0/2 and it was like 10 minutes in and out of no where I wasnt able to auto so I basically stood in spawn all by myself trying to figure out whats wrong but we eventually surrendered because it was a 4v5, so I went into training mode to see if it was still happening and it was all good but for some reason all my controls got switched I either had to double tap all my abilities or spam click on the person I want to use an ability on so I switched out a couple settings and went into a game with a friend since he had to go in about 2 hours I went in and it changed nothing any solutions?
