Club invite bug. Cannot invite player?

Hey, I'm having a problem inviting users to my club, "Itteh Bitteh Kitteh Co." When I attempted to initially invite "Witteh Kitteh" a null user was added to my pending list, as well as Witteh Kitteh. The user wasn't able to see the request, presumably because of the null invite. I can revoke the invite and try again, but the null user is always there and unable to be removed from the pending list. Witteh Kitteh never gets the club invite either.

Additional Info: Both of us have attempted client restarts the error I get when removing the null user is "null is not a member of the club and cannot be removed" Witteh Kitteh did have a name change at some time in the past, but so have other users without this problem.
