The Oracle Elixer in ARAM or Howling Abyss not only reveals traps (nidalee traps, teemo shrooms, shaco boxes, etc) but it also reveals champs with true invisibility (Kha'Zix, Shaco, Akali, etc.) The item says it grants vision of unseen enemy units, but I don't think It's supposed to include true invisibility champs themselves. That means 300 gold cancels abilities on champions completely.

Not a bug. Oracle's Extract grants true sight, which reveals all forms of stealth.
