Illaoi bug (gameplay)

There is a bug on Illaoi when you ult, she jumps and when she hits the ground she can't move or do anything for a few seconds, I don't know if this is intended but it happens around 60% of the time and breaks her for team fights, once you ult you basically stun yourself
