[CLIENT] Pick/Ban screen out of order and would not let me see or choose a champion

Once I accepted the queue invite (ranked solo), I was taken to the pick/ban screen and the select your champion initially never loaded. I thought this may just be me lagging, but people started banned and the only visual cue was the moving arrow cursor pointing at who's turn it was. I could not see the champion list, or the champions banned, or any of the champions already picked. By the time it was my turn to select a champion, I still could not see champions to choose from, even though the search bar for champions was still usable. I was kicked for dodging, but was never able or given the option to see or select champions.

EDIT: Has happened 3 more times today. Screenshot shows not only can I not see a champion list, but also it is on the 3rd ban, but no champions can be seen in the banned slots. Screenshot
