Visual Bug on Spacebar/F1 camera lock

I noticed a visual bug on Star Guardian Lux's character model while playing her, while holding spacebar while moving the champion would appear shaky. I tend to hold spacebar a lot when moving my character especially across map so I don't lose where I am and the shakiness was really hard to play with, almost headache inducing at some points.

1. Load into game with unlocked screen
2. Command character to move
3. Hold spacebar while moving

I was able to reproduce the bug in another custom game on Anivia as well.

Ping was aprox. 52ms and FPS around 90 with 144 capped, with Medium to High visual settings.
