[GAMEPLAY] Glacial Augment & Summoner Aery bugs.

Within a couple of weeks (since I do some weird off support builds like Glacial Augment Ahri and Font of Life + Summon Aery + Exhaust Ashe), I noticed a few things:

Rylia's Crystal Scepter + Hextech Protobelt + Glacial Augment does not proc the Glacial Augment slow path. Doesn't matter if you auto attack first. Doesn't matter if you Hextech Rylia's first. The path wont show nor work
Exhaust + Font of Life. Exhaust + Font of Life does NOT proc Summon Aery shield when auto attacked by an ally. Very trivial bug, but annoying none the less with my off-meta support builds. I know Summon Aery works off healing. I've had it happen with Soraka.

There might be more in regards to these summoner spells, item actives, and runes, and keystones.

Rylai's is still a passive slow. Even if you use an item active to proc it, it's still a passive slow.

Again, this is a difference between passive and active. Aery's shield is not meant to work off of passive effects, either. Unfortunately, Font of Life is the only passive effect that does affect allies.

I actually don't think Aery's shield affects any HoT effects. Soraka's Q>W doesn't proc it, either, I don't think. Her W does, but the Rejuvenation from Q does not.

it says when you use an ability on allies. unless they finaly changed it.
