[GAMEPLAY] Glacial Augment & Summoner Aery bugs.

Within a couple of weeks (since I do some weird off support builds like Glacial Augment Ahri and Font of Life + Summon Aery + Exhaust Ashe), I noticed a few things:

Rylia's Crystal Scepter + Hextech Protobelt + Glacial Augment does not proc the Glacial Augment slow path. Doesn't matter if you auto attack first. Doesn't matter if you Hextech Rylia's first. The path wont show nor work
Exhaust + Font of Life. Exhaust + Font of Life does NOT proc Summon Aery shield when auto attacked by an ally. Very trivial bug, but annoying none the less with my off-meta support builds. I know Summon Aery works off healing. I've had it happen with Soraka.

There might be more in regards to these summoner spells, item actives, and runes, and keystones.

Rylai's is still a passive slow. Even if you use an item active to proc it, it's still a passive slow.

Exhaust + Font of Life. Exhaust + Font of Life does NOT proc Summon Aery shield when auto attacked by an ally. Very trivial bug, but annoying none the less with my off-meta support builds. I know Summon Aery works off healing. I've had it happen with Soraka.

Again, this is a difference between passive and active. Aery's shield is not meant to work off of passive effects, either. Unfortunately, Font of Life is the only passive effect that does affect allies.

I actually don't think Aery's shield affects any HoT effects. Soraka's Q>W doesn't proc it, either, I don't think. Her W does, but the Rejuvenation from Q does not.

So I understand Summon Aery. There is still a text issue where it says only shields.

The other thing is the Rylia's + Hextech Protobelt. Doesn't matter how you got there. It's still an item being used to slow. So can you explain this to me?

Aery doesn't only say shields. Hell, even Sona's Q aura procs it. It says it shields, but it doesn't say it only procs off of shields. It might be poorly worded, however.

For the other part, it's because the slow is still from Rylai's passive. You're using an item as a carrier for it. If I shoot you with a gun, it isn't the bullet that murdered you, it was me, right? Same concept. It's not Protobelt slowing, it's Rylai's (me) using Protobelt's active (the gun) to slow (shoot) someone.

Or, for a less morbid example, let's say you send a gift to your friend via your local post office. You give them the gift, put a stamp on it, and they deliver it. They didn't give it, it's not their gift they got for your friend. It's your gift carried by the post office. In the same way, Rylai's slow is carried by Protobelt to the enemy. It remains Rylai's slow, even though Protobelt "gave" it to the enemy. And that's why Glacial Augment doesn't count on it, because it's still Rylai's passive slow, not Protobelt's.

There is where I stopped reading because one part of the game says it is only shields. I don't recall exactly where. Other says healing and shielding.

Edit: Looked it up. It's when you hover over it when selecting runes. Damaging or Shielding allies. Says absolutely nothing about healing. In fact, this is what confused Rossboomsocks a while ago.
