Stuck In Game That is Over

So I was playing the game like usual. Got salty. Lost. Clicked continue after my nexus got de_stroyed then I went to go start another match when it said the game was still in progress. My friend is having the same issue where we cant exit out of that screen even after exiting league, restarting computers, and re-launching it. I can still message people but whenever I try to quit out it just black screens. RITO PLZ
