Stuck at loading screen

My game always gets stuck at around 40 or 60%. By the time the game loads, my team already voted for a remake. I just lost LP because of this and it's been an issue for weeks. The only way I can actually play the game is if when I first boot up league, I run a Custom game with a bot, before I do anything else. After that, all my matches load at normal speed. But of course the one time I forgot to do it, I lose LP because of it. Are there any solutions to this, it's really frustrating for getting punished so hard for something that isn't my fault.
