TEEMO rank issue

I recently played a game with teemo I wen't 9/0/3 and I believe i should of gotten an s rank and chest. when I came into the lobby the rank I got for the match didn't load and I got a key fragment. I wanted to see if anybody else had an issue with ranks loading or not loading and whether its teemo specific or not.
