Yasuo skins cause game to crash

Normal setup (Same thing with PROJECT: equipped) Entering right after normal loading screen (Stays frozen until I ALT+TAB and force quit) Upon reconnecting (Game continues fine afterwards) Occurs only with High Noon or PROJECT: equipped

Not sure if it is one of those things where it is only me, but I'm fairly certain it is not since I have had this problem for a month or so, reinstalled League 2 days ago, and still have the issue currently. Basically, with either of the purchased skins with only equipped, the game freezes and doesn't load right after the normal loading screen goes through. Works fine, however, once I ALT+TAB out and force quit to reconnect, but its getting annoying is all. Like I said, I don't know if it is just me, but if it isn't I am bringing it to everyone's attention. In only one case has it cost me 4 minutes and 30 CS for top lane which sucked, but other than that it's not something that requires to be disabled or anything.
