RUNES NOT SHOWING UP IN NEW CLIENT

I have multiple rune pages with scaling CDR glyphs on my account but when I went to go remake a rune page it only show my flat CDR glyphs. I typed in cooldown in the search bar AND the entire rune page was blank and it will not show my scaling CDR glyphs. I go to a different rune page and sure as day there are my scaling CDR glyphs.

FIX: I restarted the client and the runes showed up
