Tahm Kench cannot eat Pantheon

Played an aram game as Pantheon and Tahm Kench on my team could not use his W skill on me at all. Not in combat, not out of combat, not with Pantheon passive shield on, not with passive shield off. Ruined the strategy and the game, and cost crucial time loss from trying.
