Game Crash (During Ranked Draft)

When I begin a game of League of Legends Solo/Duo sometimes during the Banning/Picking phase when a animation occurs like when a Champion gets banned my entire game freezes and it never comes back meaning I have to force shutdown get banned for like 5 minutes and lose LP which is incredibly annoying because I might be 80 LP and then I crash or whatever and then I lose 3 so I will be at 77 LP and I will have to win 2 games in a row instead of 1 because I have to play again for just a bit more LP because I usually get like 20 or 21 which can be really annoying I never crash on other games so I'm guessing it's a issue with the client as it is so glitchy already.
