Wukong Q's scale bug

I just played a Wukong game where I am extreme fed ,have full build and got 3 inferno drake , I process to kill baron .After killing baron I back to base , drink the +ad potion , sitting at 529 ad ,then I noticed my q damage become 150 (+59) bonus damage which is totally no-sense . I thought it is display error so I find a champion to hit , it really deal less damage , my e aa hit almost 4x then the single q (neither my aa or q is crit). When i have 400 something ad it was fine but somehow it reduced my q damage ,might look into that , thanks. (I forgot screen capture hotkey so I didn't able to capture it ....)
