So i've been having this issue with the game after champ select.

Here's the thing. I've been trying for around a month now to fix this problem but nothing seems to work. When the game launches after champion select no matter what type of game it is, my cpu (Ryzen 7 2700X) begins to max out and my pc lags heavily, also my audio becomes very choppy. This also happens to me in Warframe after playing for like 10 minutes. It also started at the time Uplay kept telling me I have a Debugger loaded into my memory.

Things i've tried so far -Disabling start-up processes and starting LoL/Warframe/Uplay -Re-installing my Nvidia (GTX 1080) drivers -Re-installing LoL/Warframe/Uplay -Using compatibility mode -Asking DE for help, asking Ubisoft for help. I'm now turning here for help -Pretty much all the basic stuff you can do -Also removing the Overclocking from my CPU.

Things that seemed to help when active -Safe Mode (Minimal/Networking) Something about either Windows or something else is causing this issue. When I go into Safe mode Uplay works, but I can't test Warframe or LoL because my Archer T6E can't work during safe mode. The T6E isn't a problem, since i've had it before this problem even started. This started a few months ago when I either got my iCUE program for my Corsair Void Pro Heasdset or during a certain Windows update. I've tried getting rid of all the stuff relating to iCUE and my headset and it didn't change a thing.

I would like to try avoiding a system reset. Any help would be great.
