FPS Drops Patch 5.15

After this new patch, i started having some issues with my FPS... I normally play with 150~~200 , but in this patch my FPS is suddenly dropping to 20~~30 FPS every 5 minutes, i saw other peoples having the same issues in the Reddit, can someone help me? RIOT FIX IT PLEASE!

**how to fix the fps drops problems please ... i had no lags before this patch -_- i'm sick of playing with 20~35 fps i can't even do anything people keep reporting me cuz of RIOT's Fault! ... Fix it for god sakes **
