Ping is fine but still getting lag
i got 65ms but still it feels like the character is not as responsive as they should, like there is a minor delay. Never had this problem before.

Well it can be anything. Like you have outdated drivers ( especially the graphics) or you are using a 60 Hz screen and you have it uncapped and it goes from 200 to wahtever in teamfights cause its intensive and you freeze or ghost or something else. Now the easy part is the drivers and the screen refresh rate.
