PROBLEM WITH NEW CLIENT!

Hello everyone,i encounter a problem with new client.I never had a problem with old client,but after riot does not allow us to play from old client,i cant play league.The reason is when i press launch in client,it shows me that the application was unable to start correctly(0xc000007b).I tried to find every possible way to solve that problem,by looking for videos on youtube and forums on your website(league of legends official forum).I did even format to my pc but i have the same problem.PLEASE HELP ME,MY PC CANT RUN NEW CLIENT AND I DONT KNOW THE REASON.(the specifications of my computer are too high for league so it is surely no problem).Thank u :)
