Galio w and braum passive bug

I was playing support with a adc, he was getting poked so I put my w on him, he fell back and then hit me but the passive stacks applied to both us, and the w was still on him. Is this intentional? If so that s just one more reason to stop playing

galio got a lot of bugs actually Two days ago, i ulted a velkoz but the taunt failed to apply properly so he kept channeling his ult while being taunted and killed my whole team, and that made us loose the game
