Mark of kindred top scuttle

My first game with the new update and new season I noticed a bug for kindred. The mark was shown on the minimap to be on the scuttle (or possibly on new neutral monster) but when i roamed over there the mark didnt appear over their head like it usually does. please fix? thanks riot ily
