Blue Screens Me when i ult tab And or end the game

Okay so i am just playing a league game and someone sends me a message so i Alt Tab to go check it and what do you know blue screen of death. it also happens when you click continue after you win or lose. now i don't have it every time it just sometimes happens i can't tell what i do different and these are the things that are open Discord and sometimes Youtube
