[Gameplay] Floating bits of UI just hanging around.

While playing an ARAM with friends I got a couple of UI bits floating around my screen as I was playing.

Kinda distracting... I'll see if I can recreate it. I might loathe the new UI but if I'm stuck with it I might as well try to help fix the bugs in it.
