Gameplay Botrk Bug

I, as well as some friends, have had problems with Botrk not going off like it is supposed to. We will be in the middle of a fight, and we will press it in rapid succession with other abilities, and it simply won't activate. Upon re-engaging in a later fight, I will hit it multiple times, and unless I stop everything else and only use Botrk (losing good spacing), it won't activate with my combo/other abilities. This is especially troublesome on classes like Zed or Vayne if you're going for a quick wombo. It adds a fair bit of sustain and damage, and without it, makes the dive/play a lot less productive and often gets us killed.
