I can't pick my chromas in old champ select.

I cannot reliably pick chromas in blind pick, ARAM, custom blind pick games, and RGMQ game modes on the live NA client. I bought multiple chromas during the IP sale event and have used them since, but inconsistently. In old champ select in the aforementioned queues, I can either select a chroma on the champion in question or the color picker doesn't appear and I have to play the base version of the skin that the chroma is for. I have logged out of league since purchasing the chroma, I have repaired and re-installed the game as recommended by technicians on the Help & Support subforum and on a Riot Games Support ticket. I was sent here after all of that.
