HARROWED PUPPET ICON

In the entire history of League of Legends, have any of these icon rewards ever gone out that quickly? I don't think so. They take time.

I'm having this issue, too. I gifted my husband a skin and didn't get it. :/

Waiting on mine because it normally takes awhile. But damn, the person I mystery gifted got Super Galaxy Rumble. DAT RNG MAN!

It can take upwards of 2 days depending in random factors. Comeback in a few days if you don't get it, because then you have an issue.

I'm having the same problem too. I gifted my friend a muy thai lee sin skin, and I havent gotten any icon yet. . . how do you know that it can take up to 2 days? what's your source? I'm really confused.

i have the same problem as you, me and my friend gift each other like 5 times, but we dont have the harrowed puppet icon

Same issue with this icon and the one you get for winning hexakill 3 times. have 4 wins in a row and still no icon. Has riot said anything about this or are they just ignoring the people with an actual issue like usual?

I haven't gotten either reward icon yet.

Whats really weird is I sent a mystery gift to a friend a couple days ago, but it doesn't show in my purchase history on the client. I have not received the icon either,

With the Harrowing in full swing and two exclusive icons to earn during the event, Icosahedron swung by the forums to dropp off a reminder on how often icons are distributed and how long players may need to wait to get them: "There's a slight delay with our system for granting the icons, which can be affected by a variety of factors. But it should not take longer than 3 days. If it still hasn't appeared after 72 hours, let us know!" In a different thread, Icosahedron reiterated: "The icon granting process takes anywhere from a few seconds to up to 72 hours, depending on a variety of factors. We're currently making improvements to the way we distribute icons for events like this, so hopefully it won't be a problem in the future!"
